The Bainbridge High School varsity boys basketball team defeated Thomas County Central High School by a score of 69-60 on Tuesday, Dec. 16.
Scoring in double figures for the Bearcats were Tyree Crump with 19 points, Trevon Shaw with 14 points, Malik Middleton with 11 and Myles Thomas with 11.
The win gives the Bearcat varsity boys a record of 6 wins and 1 loss on the season so far.
Bainbridge High School’s varsity teams will host the Cairo High School Syrupmakers in region play this Friday, Dec. 19 at the Bainbridge High School gym. The varsity girls team plays at 6 p.m. and the varsity boys will tip off at 7:30 p.m.
Come out and support the Bearcats and Lady Bearcats as they take on the Syrupmakers on Friday night!
Bainbridge High School’s varsity teams will also be competing in the Hoopfest tournament hosted by Thomasville High School on Dec. 26, 27 and 29.
