Area high schools holding graduation this weekend

Congratulations to all of our Southwest Georgia High School graduates. Bainbridge High School held its graduation Tuesday night, with 317 graduates and 92 honor graduates. Jakob Thorn was the BHS valedictorian and Brooke Parker was the salutatorian. Seminole County High School held its graduation May 16 and 96 students graduated. The SCHS valedictorian was Wendy Bunce and the salutatorian was Sawyer Meadows.

  • Grace Christian Academy will hold its graduation Friday, May 23 at 7 p.m. in the Perry Memorial Gymnasium at the school, located off Lake Douglas Road.
  • Miller County High School will hold its graduation Friday, May 23 at 8 p.m. at Pirate Stadium in Colquitt, Ga.
  • Southwest Georgia Academy will hold its graduation Friday, May 23 at 8 p.m. in the school’s auditorium in Damascus, Ga..
  • Approximately 152 seniors will graduate from Early County High School in Blakely on Saturday, May 24 at 9 a.m.
